Independent Account Manager Status
Account Manager shall be independent to perform trades in its capacity as an independent account manager to generate profits and Client agrees, as follows

5. Insurance
In the case loss of the invested starting capital by Account manager, Account manager shall pay back full 100% of the invested amount. In the case loss of invested starting resulting from Client there share be no payment of any amount to Client and Client shall pay account manager 15% of the invested starting capital as fee for service rendered

6. Indemnification
Client shall indemnify and hold Account manager harmless from any loss or liability arising from performing services under this Agreement.

7. Term of Agreement
This agreement will become effective when signed by both parties and will terminate on the earlier of:
